Body language at the interview
Research shows that the overall impression of a person is up to 50% of facial expressions and thirty tones of voice.
First greeting and handshake
We should greet and introduce ourselves not only at the interview. The handshake should not resemble a timid fish, but not a shredder. It shouldn't even be too long.
Facial expressions
Before you can convince your potential boss to make arguments, you must first make eye contact with him. View as a basis. For the same reason, a friendly smile is important.
Body position
Job seekers should take care to avoid cramping positions in the limbs, fingers, or the whole body. Sit in a position in which you will sit comfortably throughout the interview, it is unnecessary to make movements more than desirable. You need to keep your own identity. That is, it is natural for you not to control all your manifestations too much. Grabbing the back of the neck means losing motivation. It is a signal that the person in question no longer enjoys the activity and would like to end it. Clenched fingers, sometimes even in the fist, again indicate that the person needs to hold someone or something, so he is in a situation in which he is not sure.
